Consumer Intel: Social Media Data Drop | Where, Why, And How We Scroll For Trends ⚡️
What 300 people aged 18 - 34 are doing on social media when it comes to fashion trends: scrolling habits, shopping, and what gets their attention.
Social media is the engine for fashion trends right now. Scroll, save, open (yet another) tab, add to cart, maybe buy, repeat. This is how 300 people aged 18 - 34 are using apps for fashion, straight from the data.
⭐︎ Where People Go for Fashion Trends
People could pick as many platforms as they wanted for this Q, so there are two sets of percentages: “% of respondents” below (how many people picked each platform) and “% of answers” - the pie chart (how often each platform was chosen out of all clicks). That’s why the numbers don’t add to 100% - most people use more than one app, and each selection counts toward the total. The main number to watch is the “% of respondents,” which shows what share of people use each platform, even if they picked several.
